Decide on card type(s) and size(s). |

Fill out an order form. |

If you are going to use a picture(s), email us your pictures full resolution, un-edited and un-cropped. |

We will email you within the same day to confirm your order. If you don't receive a confirmation from us, check your spam or bulk folder. If you still don't see a confirmation, please contact us. |

We'll start the proofing process with you once we receive all of your information, including event details and picture(s) if applicable. Our turnaround time on proofing is usually very quick, however it may take longer during busy times. This step is also dependent on how quickly your feedback is to us. |

After the proofing process ends, we will send you a final approval checklist. You will need to complete this checklist and return it to us. |

After the final approval checklist is complete, you will be invoiced. Once your payment is received, your order will be sent to print. |

We will confirm your payment and notify you on when your order will ship (or be available for pickup for local orders) via email. |

If your order is local, we will notify you when it is ready for pickup. If we are shipping your order, we will send you notification (and a tracking number if you selected to have your order tracked), when your order ships. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail. You can select to have your order tracked for a small additional charge. You may also select to have your order shipped via express mail for overnight delivery. |
