| Can I use my own
photo(s)? |
|
Of course. After your initial
order, we'll request your photo(s) by
email. Remember that the quality of your design is dependent on
the quality of your photo(s). If your photo(s) will
not print well, we will contact you to discuss your
options.
We will perform the necessary photo edits,
touch-ups, cropping and re-sizing. So please leave
everything to us and submit your original photo - not
re-sized, not cropped and not edited. With our proofing
process, there is plenty of opportunity for your input
on how you'd like the photo to look!

| Can I use photo(s) take by a
professional photographer? |
|
Absolutely! Stylevites
respects the copyright of professional
photographers. If you would like to submit
photo(s) taken by a professional photographer, please
either have the photographer email us with permission or
send us written permission given by the photographer.
Contact us with any questions if you can't find the
photographer or don't know the source.

How long is the
turn-around time? |
|
Design time is typically 1-5 days.
You can speed up the process with quick response during
the proofing process. Once the design is
finalized, your
order will be sent to
print. During
non-peak times, your order will be
ready to ship/pick-up within 2-3 business days. We will
notify you when your order is
ready.

| Can the turn-around time be
expedited? |
|
From the printer, your order can be expedited
for a percentage of the order total, which varies. We
can give you an estimate on the cost to expedite from
the printer, so just ask.
If we are shipping your order,
we can expedite your order from USPS Priority Mail to
USPS Express Mail, for additional charges. Just let us
know during the proofing checklist
process.

| Does Stylevites create a design
just for me or do I have to select
from the sample designs? |
|
We are happy to create a design
unique for you OR alter a sample design to fit your
taste. The choice is yours. There is no additional
charge for custom design!

| Does Stylevites accept
returns? |
|
We offer
extensive digital proofing and a final checklist to you
for approval before we print, to ensure your
complete satisfaction. If your order is printed with a
mistake you missed, we will offer to re-print your order at
a discount. Because our work is
custom, we cannot accept returns or offer
refunds.

| What is the proofing
process? |
|
We offer unlimited
digital proofing with you to ensure your 100%
satisfaction with your design, through email. We also
offer an extensive checklist before we go to print.
Once you have signed off on the checklist and your
order goes to print, we cannot be held responsible for
any misprints or errors.

| Are envelopes
included? |
|
Yes, standard white envelopes are included
with all products, except stickers and small cards. We
offer a variety of specialty envelopes - colors,
metallics, lined, kraft and thicker ivory/white, etc.

and pricing to match your design.

| Will you edit my
photo? |
|
Yes, our experts will perform the necessary
photo edits, touch-ups, cropping and re-sizing. So
please leave everything to us and submit your original
photo - not re-sized, not cropped and not edited. With
our proofing process, there is plenty of opportunity for
your input on how you'd like the photo to
look!

| How will my order be
shipped? |
|
Your order
will be carefully packed and then shipped via USPS
Priority Mail (2-3 business days, non-peak time) or USPS
Express mail (overnight, non-peak time).

| Do you have a
store-front? |
| No, we are an internet-based
business. However, we will gladly set appointments
for consultations on all local orders (Central Texas
area) in our studio (Studio 105), especially for
wedding invitations & accessories. Just contact us to set up an
appointment online or at 512/689.7462. We will get back
to you as soon as possible to set up an appointment.
