We pride ourselves on giving exceptional customer service. Our unique and fresh designs are each custom made and printed on fine papers, for you. We work with you from start to finish to ensure your order is perfect. Our process is simple. However, we know questions still come up. Please see our policies and contact information. Contact Us

Have a question/comment before, during or after the order process?  Contact us anytime. If you have not heard back from us, check your spam filter - we rarely have email problems, but it sometimes happens. You may also contact us M-F 9am-4pm CST at 512/689.7462.

 

Proofing

After your order is submitted, we will send you 1+ proofs to review. You will provide us feedback and we will continue to re-work the proof until it's just perfect for you. Digital proofing is unlimited, within reason.

Once we are set on the design, we will send you a final proofing checklist to sign off with the final proofs, before going to print.

Once your order goes to print, it cannot be canceled or changed. The proofing process will move as fast as possible on our end. To speed up the whole proofing process, please provide feedback on your end as quickly as you can.

 

Photo Submission

After you submit your order, we will contact you with the email address to submit your photo(s) to. The quality of your design is dependent on the quality of your photo(s). If your photo(s) will not print well, we will contact you to discuss your options. 

We will perform the necessary photo edits, touch-ups, cropping and re-sizing. So please leave everything to us and submit your original photo - not re-sized, not cropped and not edited. With our proofing process, there is plenty of opportunity for your input on how you'd like the photo to look!

Stylevites respects the copyright of professional photographers. If you would like to submit photo(s) taken by a professional photographer, please either have the photographer email us with permission or send us written permission given by the photographer. Contact us with any questions if you can't find the photographer or don't know the source.

Stylevites retains your design to use for marketing and samples, however we typically will remove and/or change names, to protect your privacy. Contact us with any questions or concerns.

 

Return/Refund Policy

We offer extensive digital proofing and a final checklist to you for approval before we print, to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Because our work is custom, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your printed design and it is our fault, we will replace your order. If you are unsatisfied with your printed order and it was your fault, we will not offer a refund or exchange, however we will offer to re-print your order at a discounted price.

Colors can/may differ between monitors. Stylevites will not be held responsible for color differences between your monitor and your printed order. All cards - photo and cardstock - are subject to trimming by our printers. We design with this in mind, so don't worry. Stylevites will not be held responsible for the trimming.

 

Cancellation Fee

If you need to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from the time your order was submitted. After 24 hours, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. To cancel your order, please email us at info@stylevites.com or contact us.

 

Sales Tax

All orders placed with Texas will be charged applicable sales tax.

 

Payment

We accept personal checks and credit cards. We will send your order to print after final approval. We will then email you an invoice. You may either pay by check or credit card (via paypal). Payment is due to ship your order.

 

Shipping/Delivery

We ship your order with Standard Priority Mail delivery by USPS. The typical delivery time is 1-3 business days (including Saturday). During the holidays, you can and should expect slower delivery. Stylevites cannot be held responsible for these delays... so please plan on adding in some extra time for your order!

We also offer Express Mail delivery (USPS), which is overnight delivery. Again, during the holidays, you can/should expect delays, so plan accordingly.

If you are local to the Austin, Texas area, you may pick up your order anytime. Contact us to arrange your pickup.

 

Logo Imprinting
All Stylevites orders will have a tiny logo printed on the cards. If your photo(s) were taken by a professional photographer, your cards might also have a tiny logo printed on them from the photographer.
